2 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 whole egg
2 tablespoons milk
3 ounces (can substitute with oil of preference) butter, melted
1 teaspoon salt
Mix all ingredients together to make the batter. In a non-stick pan over medium heat, add ½ oz of batter. Cook for 1 minute on each side. Let cool before serving.
